Notice on IO Speed Limitation
Dear Valued Customers,
To ensure fair use of resources and maintain the stability of our servers, we have decided to implement a new policy regarding high IO resource usage.
We have noticed that some customers are occupying excessive IO resources for extended periods, which is negatively affecting other users' services. To ensure fair resource distribution, we will issue warnings to customers who use 100% of IO resources for 8 continuous hours. If a customer receives three warnings and does not improve their usage behavior, we will initiate a refund.
The specific policy is as follows:
- If a customer uses 100% IO resources for 8 continuous hours, they will receive the first warning.
- If the customer continues to use 100% IO resources during the next two monitoring periods (each period is 8 hours), the second and third warnings will be issued.
- After the third warning, if the issue is not resolved, the customer will receive a refund and their service will be suspended.
We understand that these limitations may cause some inconvenience, but they are necessary to maintain the stability and fairness of the platform. We kindly ask all customers to comply with the usage guidelines to ensure a good service environment for everyone.
