Thank you for choosing TCNHosting as your VPS provider. We highly value every customer experience, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery of some VPS orders.
Due to the overwhelming success of our recent promotional event, the demand has exceeded our initial forecast, leading to a shortage of VPS nodes. We have already contacted our data center partner, Colocrossing, and are in the process of urgently procuring new hardware to expand capacity.
Currently, we expect delayed orders to be delivered within 5 days. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we are doing our best to expedite the process and get your VPS online as soon as possible.
